These daily squats are fun! You can’t help but feel like you trained hard.

I am keeping my reps low and today did Safety Bar Squats. These felt great! Worked up to 335 and will be using these at least a couple times a week.

After this we did beyond failure back training.

Weight up to 210LBS, feeling SO GOOD AND HEALTHY! Coaching 10+ sessions a week for teams and individuals.

This is OUR TIME everyone! Let’s crush these goals!
