Where this happened?
The Taoyuan Veterans Home, a state-run facility in Taiwan for retired army personnel, paid for the dancer to entertain 12 wheelchair-bound seniors.
Se danced and danced in front of the seniors, but after they posted the video on social media, the severe backlash they got, forced them to apologise.
