Make the things you have to do and the things you want to do the same thing

- Embrace the Suck. When you embrace the suck, you get to:
- Learn how to deal with adversity in a positive manner
- Choose which suck you get to embrace
- Be better equipped to deal with random suck.

- Create the life you want to live
- There is suck in every pursuit. But if you have to deal with suck anyway, why not choose the suck that give you the life you want.
- I’m not going to lie to you, there is a lot more suck on this path.
- But you will find the freedom it creates, and the frequency of you doing the things you love increase to overcome the level of suck.

- What happens if you don’t Embrace the Suck and Create the life you want to live?
- You will deal with suck no matter what
- You will not be equipped to deal with suck, because you only ever pursue pleasure and ease.
- You will deal with random suck and have little ability to divert away from it because you have no good suck to embrace
- You will continue spending your life energy working to do something that you don’t want to do.
- You will be working to make someone else happy while you continue to make yourself miserable.
