Technically, the last episode was the end, but the true ending required a lot of side missions to me completed in order to hunt down the "professor" 7 different times and I decided that the true ending was not worth losing ALL my sleep that night. It would've been nice to fight ZEKE, but not at the price of my job elsewhere.
