Morning Ramble Extra - 20221125E - Ridgeline Tree Fall III

James takes a post-Thanksgiving Day walk with the dogs along the lower property ridgeline (the lower of our three land lots, the bottom 5+ acres). This borders our neighbor's lot (which we had hoped to pick up when it came back onto the market recently, but they had first dibs, so it is what it is). They have a driveway and their lot runs up the first roughly one-third of the ridge, so fencing to clearly delineate borders will definitely be on the radar. There is an excellent flat clearing (clearable?) area up on the ridge and should be easy to get an access path or road built. Not as much tree fall compared to the other central ridge, but still some clearing. There are a lot of smaller saplings, however, so movement is inhibited somewhat. Other than fencing, plans for this zone are relegated to the future, but could be perfect for some cabins for hipcamping or similar.
