She believes corporations are in the worst shape given reckless borrowing and excessive leverage, and that they'll be in major trouble with the Fed raising interest rates at the fastest pace in history. She recommends investors stay defensive, holding lots of cash and precious metals. That way they can buy assets on the cheap AFTER they collapse in value.
