Forest Meditation & Nature Sounds for Mindfulness

A simple 25-minute guided forest meditation. The aim of the meditation is to bring your attention back to the now and detach yourself from what is happening in our busy world. Some nature sounds are interspersed with birdsong, wind, and water to help you relax and immerse yourself in the environment. I bet you will find it helpful to bring me into a natural flow, allowing my mind to de-clutter and become more present.
