I Loved Being Pregnant - So I Had A Stranger's Baby | MY EXTRAORDINARY FAMILY

MOTHER-of-two Samantha Mathews loved being pregnant so much and enjoyed labour, but did not want any more children. With this desire to go through pregnancy, the 30-year-old researched surrogacy and shared the idea with her husband, Dan. At first he was surprised but then got on board and the couple, along with their two kids, documented the surrogacy journey. While they received a lot of support, they also got a lot of judgement online from people questioning their motivations or that the process went ‘against God’. Samantha said: “We always say ‘always choose adventure’ and I think this was one of our biggest adventures we’ve ever embarked on.”
