1. Stand in the fabric and do a reverse high thigh wrap with the right foot.
2. Open the hammock with your feet
3. Left hand up high on the fabric just above shoulder height and right hand down to the open part of the hammock
4. Bend the left knee to your chest, keep the hammock tension with a straight right leg and twist away from the hammock so the chest faces down
5. Adjust the bottom hand so the wrists and shoulders align like a plank for Sky Yoga Kite Pose
6. Left leg knee hook on the fabric with the heel over the hammock for Sky Yoga Kite in a Tree Pose
7. To exit: Release the foot and bend the bottom elbow. Slowly lower as you wrap the upper body in the hammock. Unhook the knee and bring the free leg down to the ground
