Ukraine at this historical perilous time!

These three elements will determine whether there is war in Ukraine at this historically perilous time.

Three talks in one day detailed and informed us of the most perilous time in human history. In the early hours of Wednesday, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a partial mobilisation and threatened to use weapons of mass destruction once more. US President Joe Biden then told Russia in front of the UN General Assembly that the West would not heed to their threats, and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky made the same declaration via video link to the same gathering.

The 13 days of the Cuban Crisis in 1962 were viewed as the most hazardous period by the general public. Available diplomatic records demonstrate that both parties were first focused on de-escalating the threat, which they were both aware of to a certain extent. It's not ruled out that Moscow, which was growing following the "Sputnik moment," made the decision to give in, believing it was waiting for the USA to win the global competition.

While there was no direct communication in 1962, the current situation is more hazardous because we have clearly defined views and the potential for Putin, who is on the edge of collapsing, to decide to take the entire globe with him. Additionally, it is riskier since Putin has no desire in making any concessions from his illogical objectives of toppling the Ukrainian government, pushing Kyiv and the West—whom he identified as his major adversary—to continue the battle.

Which three elements will significantly affect. Humanity is the main factor. Putin is playing slyly once more as Russia is left without an army and is looking to the reserve. In his speech, he stated that he accepted the recommendation of the General Staff and the Ministry of Defence for mobilisation. He can place the responsibility on General Valery Gerasimov and Minister Sergei Shoigu if it fails or produces internal strife. The local authorities oversee mobilisation, so if there are any issues, they will be held accountable. Which demonstrates that he is cognizant of potential bad repercussions and prioritises his own protection. To keep his position of power, he will sacrifice everyone.

Ukraine doesn't struggle with motivation or mobilisation. And the training for the new army continues to improve.

The appropriate time to respond in kind.

A further challenge for Moscow is equipment. The warehouses are being cleaned up, Ukraine has destroyed several that were used to supply the battlefield, and it has been discovered that a large portion of the allegedly saved ammunition and weapons was improperly or never stored at all. Putin gave the directive to expand defence industry production because the sector is now experiencing a shortage of sophisticated equipment coming from the Western world due to sanctions.

Ukraine is acquiring more and more cutting-edge weapons that demonstrate its superiority over Russia.

Astronomical and meteorological weather are always important, from picking the correct time for planning that depends on the season to predicting how long activities will take. Ukraine has picked the best time to launch a counterattack in the Kharkiv region because it is getting ready for a protracted battle and can wait patiently for the winter to resupply its troops with trained soldiers and weapons. Russia has lost all its impetus on the battlefield, the industry will only be able to deliver obsolete models of weapons and equipment, and the mobilised workforce will undergo expedited training, which will be a constraining factor along with shaky morale.

Inadequate logistics.

Continuing its onslaught in the east and south while gaining new impetus is one possibility for Ukraine. With the intention of shifting the line of contact to free up spaces from which it will be simpler to carry out significant activities once winter has passed before the change of seasons. Russia now has little ability to react to this kinetically and conventionally. But Kiev is evaluating the situation and its advantages.
