A very traditional dinner recipe that I learned from my mother. It looks simple but is very delicious.
A recipe with chicken that you can serve and please every visitor. If you've never tried polenta, try this one, I'm sure you'll like it.
In addition, this is an excellent dinner idea for cold days accompanied by a good wine.

Ingredients:
• 200g corn meal
• 500g chicken (thigh and drumstick)
• Salt, pepper and saffron
• Water (as needed)
• Oil
• 2 onions finely chopped
• 5 cloves of minced garlic
• Marjoram
• Parsley and chopped chives
Method:
Start with the chicken. Cut the meat into small pieces and put it in a pan with a little oil, seasonings of your choice, the marjoram branches and sauté.
When the meat is golden, add the chopped onion and garlic, continue to sauté and, when necessary, add water little by little to form a sauce.
Finish with parsley and chives.
Now let's prepare the polenta. Place the cornmeal in a serving dish and cover with water and set aside.
Take a high pan, put a thread of oil, a little onion and a little garlic finely chopped and sauté.
Now put the cornmeal with the water in this stew and complete with more water, and stir constantly.
When it starts to thicken, keep stirring non-stop for about 15 minutes to avoid lumps and sticks.
Appearing the bottom of the pan is ready. Place on a platter where it will be served.
The polenta is ready. Serve along with the chicken.
