This is the first time I have set this tent. I have wanted the snugpak scorpion 2 for years. opted for the Scorpian 3 tent for the extra room.

I have chosen to not edit any of this footage. I filmed it that way knowing I will split it into parts.
I have purposely filmed it in real time to have a more in depth look at this tent. I have used my mobile phone to film speed lapse.of putting up the tent.

I filmed this footage with the GoPro hero 9 black with the media mod. vlogging cage. Rode wireless Go. (normally I use my phone for real time and the GoPro for the speed lapses)

I have seen all of the videos on you tube to help me decide is it worth buying this tent.

what you see in the footage is me seeing this tent for the first time.

I want this footage to help others who want to purchase this tent and want to see what this product is like.

I was aware the the fly and inner were seperate. I don't have a garden . So I chose the location knowing there are hardly alot of human traffic around. I wanted a scenic background while I construct the Scorpion 3.

This is the first time I have filmed putting up a tent with people gazing. people walking by . looking at this mad man putting up this tent.

All I can do is tell you my honest thoughts and show you as I see it.

I hope all of these clips can help someone who is curious about this tent.

There are not many videos out there on the Snugpak scorpian 3.
These you tubers give an honest review.

Sgt Fruitcake has an honest review on this tent and the scorpion 3.

Both of these you tubers are honest with their reviews on this tent and other products. check them out. they are my go to videos when I want to research kit before buying.

A few tips on this tent:

To protect the bathtub floor

Buy a tarp as a footprint(maybe cut it into the shape of the bathtub floor)

Buy some tyvek to cut into the shape of the bathrub floor.

get some guyline cordage to thread through the holes at the top of the tent pegs/stakes. which will be easier to pull them out.

It is a heavy tent , so be prepared to carry this with the rest of your kit.

Keep the vents open even when it is cold. because this will reduce the condensation in the winter. ( I had to a air this tent for 48 hours because the wet ground caused condensation on the inside of the fly)

I will add more tips as I use this tent in the field.

I film things as a hobby. So there is no monetization influence on what I film.

I am way far from perfect in the way I film things.

Thankyou to all of the subscribers and viewers for your support throughout my journey onnthis channel.

God bless and take care.
