Genesis 26:1-6 (AMPC) ~ And there was a famine in the land, other than the former famine that was in the days of Abraham. And Isaac went to Gerar, to Abimelech king of the Philistines. And Yahweh appeared to him and said, Do not go down to Egypt; live in the land of which I will tell you. Dwell temporarily in this land, and I will be with you and will favor you with blessings; for to you and to your descendants I will give all these lands, and I will perform the oath which I swore to Abraham your father. And I will make your descendants to multiply as the stars of the heavens, and will give to your posterity all these lands (kingdoms); and by your Offspring shall all the nations of the earth be blessed. For Abraham listened to and obeyed My voice and kept My charge, My commands, My statutes, and My laws. So Isaac stayed in Gerar.

Straitway Life Bible Commentary From a Hebrew Roots Perspective For 11/24/2022. There will be times of famine or deprivation in your life. Will you place your trust in Yahweh God and obey Him during times of deprivation? Will you following the leading and guidance of His Holy Spirit to get through the famine? Or will you shift your trust away from Yahshua ( Jesus Christ ) when times get tough and prayers don't get answered as timely as you would like? Will you attempt to look for an "easy way out" by placing trust in a man, government leader, or yourself? What looks like an easy way out of deprivation often is a trap of the devil wrought with snares and dangers. It could even be the mark of the beast. Trust and obey during times of drought, food shortage, and other forms of deprivation ( Recorded From Phoenix, Arizona )

God's grace given to us through our savior Yahshua does not give us license to continue practicing sin ( the breaking of His laws ). 1 John 2:3-4 reads: "And hereby we do know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. He that says I know Him, and keeps not His commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him". HalleluYAH
