The Gospel means God will glorify his children #shorts #christian

The Gospel is this, that God created man in His own image. God has authority over us as His creation. However, we rebel against his authority. This rebellion is often called sin, and the wages we earn from our sin are eternity apart from God. However, God didn't want to leave us in our sin. So he sent His son to die in our place, living the perfect life we failed to live, and paying the penalty for our sin, then defeated the grave by being raised from the grave on the third day. Therefore, the scriptures tell us that anyone who puts their faith in Jesus Christ by believing that He was raised on the third day and confessing that He is Lord of all, even over their very life, that person will not be put to shame but have everlasting life.

Even further than this the Bible tells us that not only will we have everlasting life, but that the Father will also glorify us in eternity. This glorification means our flesh will no longer desire sin and we will be healed of all our physical afflictions. For the person who might have gotten any surgery that would cause irreversible damage to their body, but realizes that decision was wrong, rebellion against God's created order, and that they need forgiveness, God promises that even though they might not be healed in this life, they will be healed in the life to come. #christian
