Dub versions - Visions of Jamaica

Dr. Dread (founder of Ras Records and MyReggae.com), brought together a high-profile roots reggae crew to produce this project. Right away, it generated a certain distrust from critics and conservative folk-fans. But few took into account that such a project was being headed by Dr Dread, who had commanded a very strong team formed by: Apple Gabriel (ex-Israel Vibration), The Mighty Diamonds, Toots Hilbert (Toots & The Maytals), Don Carlos and Michael Rose (both ex-Black Uhuru), among others.

Whether in reggae or dub, this project shows that Dylan's collection is a full plate (and tasty) for revivals or reinventions. Visions of Jamaica was released in 2005.
