Plane Crash, Name Games, Local News, and an Intern

On July 6th, 2013 Asiana Airlines Flight 214 crashed in San Francisco. However, the story didn't end there. The local news station KTVU was given pilot names from the NTSB that struck many as odd but they read them on air anyway. This caused some real hardships. @Nate The Lawyer and @Eric Hunley revisit this classic story.
