How to cook OVEN ROASTED CHICKEN that's tender juicy crispy at home

In this epiosode we cooked our own take of Lechon Manok. Rubbed with herbs and spices, then sitted in a Crock-Pot, slow-cooking for 3.5 hours at high. Finished in the oven at grill mode to get that golden brown cripy skin!
