Around 70% of Ukraine's capital was left without electricity after Russian air strikes targeted the city's energy infrastructure on Wednesday, Kyiv's mayor Vitali Klitschko said on Thursday. Klitschko said ''power engineers are doing their best" to restore electricity at the earliest. He said water supply was restored in about half of Kyiv.
