What is an investor friendly real estate agent? What does that mean?
Good question.
This means a real estate agent that is either new and has not yet figured out that working with investors is not a good way to make money as a real estate agent or it also can mean a real estate agent that is also an investor that actually wants to work with other investors.
There is a small percentage of real estate agents that actually want to work with investors. Most of the more experienced agents have learned that it is much easier to focus on listing properties and putting them online to earn money than trying to assist a real estate investor by submitting a lot of lowball offers.
You should start going to the weekly investor meetings on Sunday where I educate investors on these and other topics.

I hope that helps and good luck with your investing!
