Exercising is weird- Move on Purpose instead
Dr. Jon D. Morey explains how our bodies are not really designed to "exercise". Our ancestors never "workedout" but rather just went about their daily lives. By virtue of the fact that they Lived According To Nature, their lives where vigorous and full of dynamic movements.
Our civilized world does not allow for daily, healthy body movements. It encourages sedentariness which the fitness industry has capitalized on by making people think they overcome a poor lifestyle with concentrated bouts of strange "exercises".
Move with purpose and intention throughout the day as Dr. Morey advocates and you will notice a change in your physical health.
