Ingredients:

• 1 cup of milk
• 3 eggs
• 1 can of condensed milk (395g)
• 2 cups of grated coconut (180g)

Method:

In a bowl add the milk and eggs and mix well. Add the condensed bed and mix. Add the grated coconut and mix well.

Pour into a refractory greased with butter.

Bake for approximately 30 to 40 minutes in the oven at 180ºC, test with a toothpick when ready.

*If you prefer more moist, just reduce the coconut to 150g.
