蛋 Eggs 2隻
牛油 Butter 適量

調味
鹽 Salt 少量
胡椒 Pepper 少量

步驟：

2. 鍋中加入牛油，中火落蛋
3. 用抹刀輕力推向中間
4. 上碟後加上鹽、胡椒調味
