抹茶巴斯克焦香芝士蛋糕 ┃Matcha Basque Burnt Cheesecake

RECIPE

▼材料 Ingredients
(6 inch mold)

Cream Cheese 忌廉芝士 350g
Sugar 砂糖 90g
Egg 雞蛋 3
Whipping Cream 淡忌廉 150g
Matcha Powder 抹茶粉 10g
Cake Flour 低筋麵粉 15g

▼步驟 Instructions

1. 將忌廉芝士、砂糖打至軟滑
2. 雞蛋分次加入,打至軟滑
3. 抹茶粉過篩,分次加入淡忌廉,混合至無粉粒
4. 篩入低筋麵粉混合後,過篩麵糊,倒入模具
5. 焗220°C 30分鐘,若不夠上色可再烘焙230°C 5-10分鐘
