〈全素甜品〉無蛋巧克力蛋糕 ┃Eggless Chocolate Cake

RECIPE

▼材料 Ingredients
(4x4 inch mold)

低筋麵粉 cake flour 130g
砂糖 sugar 70g
無糖可可粉 cocoa powder 30g
鹽 salt 0.5g
清水 water 150ml
蘇打粉 baking soda 2g
醋 Vinegar 4ml

FROSTING
糖粉 icing sugar 50g
無糖可可粉 cocoa powder 18g
熱水 Hot water 15ml

▼步驟 Instructions

1. 將麵粉、可可粉篩入，再加入砂糖、鹽。
2. 加入清水、梳打粉、醋，混合均勻。
3. 倒入模具後180度焗25分鐘，冷卻後脫模。
4. 糖粉、可可粉篩入碗中，分次加入熱水，最後加入蛋糕上。
