Butter Dough Secret from my 100 year old grandma. This recipe is 100 years old, my grandmother taught this secret how to make crispy dough. Quick and tasty if you have flour, salt and butter at home. Try to bake this for breakfast.

Recipe and ingredients:
For the dough
560 grams flour (3 1/2 cups)
1 teaspoon salt (5 grams)
400 milliliters water (1 3/5 cups)
200 milliliters melted butter (4/5 cup)

For the filling
4 eggs
Large bunch of green onions
Some vegetable oil for frying
100 grams of cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

I use a 250 milliliters cup.
