Ingredients:

• 1 zucchini
• 500 g of ground beef
• 2 eggs
• 7 tablespoons of wheat flour
• 1/2 onion
• 1 tablespoon smoked paprika (dessert)
• 1 tablespoon (dessert) salt
• Pepper (to taste)

Method:

Grate the zucchini finely, chop the onion and place in a bowl. Add the ground beef, eggs, paprika, flour, salt and pepper.

Mix well until a paste forms, fry the dumplings in hot oil.
