Ukraine to begin voluntary evacuations from southern Kherson and Mykolaiv regions

Ukraine will begin voluntary evacuations from areas in Southern regions as temperatures plummet and residents face a perilous winter.
The government plans to cover all related costs, such as accommodation, food and medical attention.
