Plants vs Zombies 2 - Penny's Pursuit - Inferno - November 2022

This Penny's quest focuses on the SEEDIUM plant Inferno and was offered between between November 23, 2022 and November 30, 2022

Inferno is a member of the Pepper-Mint family.
Costs 200 Sun. (175 at level 5)
Every six (6) seconds, Inferno releases a fire tornado.
This tornado will push back six (6) zombies two (2) tiles. (+1 zombie every 2 levels. Duration increases every 3 levels.)
This tornado will do 22 damage per hit. (+2 damage on levels 2, 3, and 5.)
The first zombie hit by a fire tornado will take 5x damage.
Inferno can not be frozen and will thaw adjacent frozen blocks.
Inferno's tornado will melt any frozen blocks in its path.

Commentary:
For 200 Sun, I want a plant which does more than 22 damage. Damaging zombies is something this plant does not do well.
However, it is an excellent support plant with all that knock-back and immunity to freezing.

Bottom Line:
This plant excels at two (2) things:
• Consistent repeatable knock-back
• Melting Ice
If you need to do either of these things, this plant should be selected.
