Joe Biden is ‘mentally impaired’ and ‘not fit to be President’

Sky News host Chris Smith says he knows a lot of 80-year old’s who would “run rings around” Joe Biden and “they’re not the President of the United States”.

“What I know is that the bloke is mentally impaired … he’s not fit to be President, which is why the United States right now – partially why – is in the weakest position it’s ever been,” Mr Smith told Sky News host Paul Murray.
