I make this cake again and again and i never have enough of it

INGREDIENTS:
Chocolate ganache
225g Dark chocolate
100g Butter
100g Thicken cream

Chocolate cake
5 Eggs
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup Oil
1 cup Milk
1 tbsp Coffee
6 tbsp Hot water
4-5 tbsp Cocoa powder
2 cups self raising flour

Bake at 180'C for 35-45 minutes.
