Poptarts recipe:

- 250g (1 3/4 cup) All Purpose Flour
- 80g (1/2 cup) Powdered Sugar
- 1 Egg White
- 150g (1 1/3 sticks) Cold Butter
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- Strawberry Jam for the filling

Icing:

- 190g (1 1/2 cups) Powdered Sugar
- 1 Egg White
- 1/2tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2tsp Vanilla Extract
- Food Coloring if desired

You can also ice the poptarts with just milk and sugar. The royal icing though won't melt in your toaster.
