Well, you can tell that I was a bit sad by the Lyrics but don't worry...
I'm always sad, so it doesn't even make a difference at this point.

Jokes aside, I do feel joy and very grateful for even the smallest things in my life but since music gives me a positive outlet to release all that deep-seated trauma/emotional pain inside (which i have a lot of), I use it to heal these wounds.

I'm sure you already had this experience with music too. Sounds can penetrate through the sick & dense layer of our trauma and then we can let it all go. That's all I truly whish for everyone...
