Strange acting light UFO?

To watch the light move, skip forward to 1:30:44. The brighter than usual light starts out at the bottom and moves to the top at the same speed as the background stars. Takes 1.5 hours. Then, soon after it goes off screen it flies back down the screen in the opposite direction, at the same location but at high speed. According to my data, it wasn't a satellite, a star, a planet, an aircraft nor a meteorite. Nor did it even act like any of them. What was it?
