Live from Edinburgh on Wednesday, November 23 as Scottish independence supporters hold a rally following the UK Supreme Court’s decision on a second referendum. Protests are also expected across the country. The Supreme Court in London ruled Wednesday that Scotland does not have the power to hold a new referendum on independence without the consent of the British government. Judges heard the case in October and had more than 8,000 pages of written material to consider. A referendum held in 2014 resulted in 55 percent voting for Scotland not to become an independent country.
