Francois will also take you to site near Beirut where huge inscriptions of this mighty king were discovered. At Wadi Brisa you will be able to look at two huge inscriptions of 1400 cuneiform lines each.

The restoration of Nebuchadnezzar’s southern palace at Babylon was done by Saddam’s archaeologists. Come and walk through some of the many huge halls. Tarry a while in the throne room where Daniel explained to the king the meaning of his forgotten dream, and walk through the banquet hall where for the mysterious words “Mene mene, tekel Ufarsin” appeared.
