That is a big Mexican Food Challenge! Plus I get paid to eat it? Today we are taking on a giant torta (Mexican sandwich) food challenge! These huge sandwiches are filled with carne asada, el pastor, salsa verde, onions, lettuce, jalapenos, all on a soft bread - along with a side of refried beans, Mexican style rice and a GIANT milkshake (I went with Vanilla)!
