Bob spent 34 years working in law enforcement. 80% of that time was spent in upper-level management positions. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy in Quantico, VA, and holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree, both in management & leadership.
Bob has been a leadership instructor for the Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission since 2012 and is the author of the book titled, The Part of Leadership No One Talks About, that is available on Amazon.
Bob’s leadership journey started like most people – sink or swim, figure it out on your own. After years and years and years of struggling, he did figure it out. And now, he helps today’s leaders shorten their learning curve to becoming truly inspirational leaders.
Bob currently owns and operates his own leadership training company, Top Tier Leadership Training, where his focus is on being a resource to new and current leaders who want to transform into truly inspirational leaders.
