This recording is designed to assist you to release all ancestral patterns and behaviours that you have taken on unconsciously from your parents/ancestors.

There is a belief in humanity that you are like your parents/ancestors and that you have to carry on all their patterns and behaviours. Be it certain traits, belief systems or even occupations.

This is not true. You are a unique and sovereign being and are not beholden to your ancestors. Release all these patterns and behaviours and find out what YOU truly like and what makes your heart sing.

This is a process and it will take as long as it takes, depending on where you are on your journey and is in your highest and best good and in alignment with all of yourself.

The more consistently you watch/listen, the better the results will be.

To help your body flush out what needs to be released you should drink plenty of pure water before and after listening to this recording.

Listen to it as often as you feel called to it. There is no right or wrong way to do it.
