Everything in the video is true and one thing I left out that was SUPER VALUABLE as well is the mental WIRING from the events. Events are really powerful because it is an EXPERIENCE and at TR Events you are actually TAKING THE ACTION. You are moving all the time, REWIRING your brain with THOUGHTS and BELIEFS that you WANT and that you CHOOSE, rather than thoughts that were planted from childhood/school/life that you didn't really choose yourself.
