What are the things to do to motivate you to lose weight?

Your WHY...your reason or reasons to loss weight.
Food groups...fruits and vegetables, grains, carbohydrates, dairy and fats and oils.
Eat food that makes your metabolism burn fat...eat vegetables and proteins.
Minimize calory intake and watch the portion size of what you eat.
Exercise...any kind of exercise is good...do it...regularly and often.
Don't deny yourself the foods you love...if they are not good for you, then minimize the intake, but still allow yourself the enjoyment of these foods.
Eat less sugars.
I want to encourage and motivate you to stay the course...we are on a lifetime journey and not a diet so enjoy the journey.
