Steps:
1) Business Plan : APC - Fine
2) Budget plan : choose your budget that's very important. If u want to know more, plz see my previous video, link in description. Calculate all running cost & Always maintain one year running cost as a back up
3) Location Selection:
Visible place, turning points
1st preference always populated location i.e foodmall, bazar, shopping complex, near college, university (if those are located in town)
If your business dhaba or bar cum restaurant, then highway with big parking will be 1st
if foodchain type or qsr, then congested & centre of city will be best
if cafeteria type then Medical College, engineer college, science college & young star favour place will be perfect
4)Rent/Lease : its depends upon city. Try to lower your rent as soon
5) Licensing :
i) Business Registration
ii) Room Aggrement
iii) Water test reports
iv) Health trade license
v) Food license /fssai
Vi) Shop/trade license
vii) Fired NOC
viii) GST license
6) Swiggy, Zomato try up & Self delivery system: Always best for self delivery system so that u will collect customer data for future, and also try up for 3rd party delivery systems that help you extra revenue. Try to negotiate to minimise commission percentage
7) Kitchen Plan : Must consult with a Chef, then list out the equipment & go for purchase. Always 50k-1 L extra maintain for kitchen. I'll give u some tips that is, u can buy full set up from various closed or shuted down restaurant those who are want to sell their all kitchen. Its save u 50-60% cost. 8) Interior & Design Plan:
All time, its misguide u for faulty budget. Its very complicated. A huge difference will be notice between your planed budget & Practicle budget. I'll give u some tips

If your planed final, u can contact with bond with interior worker or designer, so that u will never faulty.
u can list out all equipment like, ply, false seilling, lights, colour, cctv, computer, printer, chaire. Table, glass door, ac & so on. If u wants to know all equipment list, I'll share in description
9) Staff Selection : It's very difficult to maintain same chef, same taste & quality, quantity, time management.

11) Inventory, Store, management & office set up: if your business medium or high budget, then you must have a store room, office, staff room, & also have a separate staff for those . Also set up vendors & suppliers. Install technology example POS, UPI, Printer, CCTV, Bank account

website, social media page, youtube channel, leaflet, banner, toto ads
13) Auto pilot :
Its also a big topic, I'll make a video for sure. Autopilot is possible if u have trusted person in your business neither avoid, 1st give time for yoyr own business to understand properly, then try for autopilot
14) Trials: minimum 3 days trial are compulsory for a good feedback
15) Grand Opening : Advertise from 7 days previous for grand opening. You can give some free things like mocktail, soda water, or soup, tea etc. Also u can arrenge a orchestra, functions, a culture program, celebrity performance. It's will give u a extra booster
16) Market Survey : Its a extra bonus points. Its a very very very important things. A proper way market survey change your game. A best marketer has a knowledge about market survey. Which place need which food. If your food unique, then whats depand. Ensure that. How?

2nd, present at market as a customer & talk with public for this food, not your planed business . Whats they likes, whats are running. Which restaurant are most selling. Whats are shut down, & why
