KC BBQ is some of the World's most famous BBQ destinations (also America's most famous BBQ), specializing in ribs, burnt ends, brisket and all kinds of barbeque sandwiches, sausages, chicken, chicken wings, pulled pork, sauces, and much more! Today we are at the famous Q39 bbq (an award winning bbq restaurant known for cooking hot and fast vs low and slow) for a giant wood fired bbq challenge. This bbq platter of smoked meats has a 30 minute time limit, and offered a free meal if completed. This was my first time in KC and i was very excited to try out some of this delicious KC style bbq at such a legendary bbq location!
