The best sushi I have ever had is from a mall food court? No way? Blue fin tuna, seared salmon, spicy salmon, poke, dragon rolls, and so many more items were to be had in what very well could be Seattle's (and area) best sushi.. Sushi J. Mike Chen (Strictly Dumpling) came and said this place was amazing so I had to go try it out!! Sushi J was also rated a top 100 restaurants in the USA, and one of the America's best restaurants (for sushi). They get a very fresh high quality product daily and the coast really makes a difference! Tune in as we try what could be the best sushi I have ever tried!! Huge rolls, crab and fresh seafood, yum. A must try in Bellevue (seattle area) Washington.
