EXTRA LARGE FOOD CHALLENGE! Today we face off against a feast full of food, and one of my favorite cuisines, Mexican food! Today we not only have tacos, and fajita's, but ceviche and so many delicious toppings and meats! Like carne asada, fried fish, fried shrimp, chicken, pork, guacamole, peppers, onions, shrimp, etc! We had 45 minutes to complete the $80 meal! They also had a variety of house made salsa's ranging from spicy to mild for my enjoyment. This was my first challenge attempt in Nebraska at Pa Mas, and my first time being at Omaha!
