GIANT FRIED PORK CHOP SANDWICH CHALLENGE (In Iowa) | Famous American Pork Tenderloin

HOLY SHNITZEL! Today we take on a jumbo sized FAMOUS Iowa classic, deep fried pork tenderloin sandwich! This huge fried pork chop sandwich challenge (The Lakerloin Challenge) was served with fries, sauces of choice, and topped with pickles lettuce and tomato! We had 30 minutes to complete the giant food challenge, in order to win a shirt and bragging rights! This was a really awesome event put on by the Iowa Lakes Community college (Emmetsburg Campus) as part of their Hotel & Restaurant Management program, which offered students an opportunity to represent their campus and show off their eating skills in Man Vs Food Style! A Pork tenderloin sandwich is a flattened piece of pork which is breaded and deep fried similar to a chicken fried steak, or Katsu), served on a bun with ones toppings of choice! I was very thankful to join as a special guest in April 2022 and try my first famous Iowa pork tenderloin! Can we defeat this crazy food challenge featuring this mid west classic American food (mid western united states) OR arguably a SHNITZEL & SHNITZEL challenge?
