Thanksgiving Stretch Yoga-all fitness levels!

Happy Thanksgiving week!
Try this yoga stretch class and focus on the things we are grateful for! I have been a fitness instructor since last century, and my heart is so full when my students and clients leave a session feeling so much better. Please enjoy.

PLEASE NOTE: This class has a Holy Spirit focus. There are many fitness classes and sessions online to choose from and I wanted to bring this option for those that would like it. This is my first attempt at an upload so the video quality, camera angles and lighting will improve. :-) We all start somewhere! For now, lets get started!
For this class:
1. Yoga Mat if you are on a hard surface floor, you can double yoga mats to make sure to be kind to the knees.
2. 2 yoga blocks or you can use books-thick books
3. Yoga Strap-or you can use a flexible belt, hand or bath towel
4. Yoga Bolster-that is a fancy way of saying a yoga pillow. You can also use a thick pillow of your own
5. A small hand towel or thinner bath towel to roll up and use under your neck.

We have prayer and meditation during these sessions. They are Holy Spirit based.
