Polk County, Fla Sheriff Grady Judd suggest home owners to shoot looters

He is for sure a "bad ass" sheriff!
And he is not afraid that he will offend! He says it as it is.
In this case, if someone is looting, in Florida is equal to that person having a death wish, because this is what is gonna expect him-her!
