Bear and two friends in the jungle

Bear and two friends: Once two friends went for a walk in the forest. As they entered the deeper part of the forest, fear gripped them. They promised each other that in case of trouble they would stick together and help each other in whatever way they could. Suddenly they saw a big bear coming towards them. They both got scared. When one of the friends saw the bear up close, he quickly climbed a nearby tall tree without bothering to help another friend. Another friend couldn't climb trees. Soon he threw himself on the ground. He closed his eyes, held his breath, and lay motionless as if lifeless. He heard somewhere that a bear doesn't eat someone who isn't alive. It turned out to be a fact. The bear approached him and sniffed his ear and head. Thinking that the boy was gone, the bear left the boy and left. When the bear was out of sight, the friend came down from the tree and asked, "What did the bear whisper in your ear?" Another friend replied, "The bear warned me to avoid the company of friends who see their friends in the leave alone in case of danger." A coward's promises don't come true. Moral: A friend in need is a friend indeed.
