Biden Goes for a Drive at Auto Show

President Joe Biden took a tour of the Detroit Auto Show on its preview day talking about the benefits of electric cars. Biden also got behind the wheel of a Cadillac Lyriq all electric SUV, briefly driving it down an aisle in the blue-carpeted hall. The Secret Service doesn't let the president drive in public.
He toured a mix of American-manufactured hybrid, electric and combustion vehicles from Chevrolet, General Motors, Ford and Stellantis on a closed-off convention center floor, and greeted union workers, CEOs and local leaders.
