Project Zomboid Invincible Zombie Glitch

When this happened, I wasn't sure if it was a special zombie, I had just been killed by it after hitting it tons of times with the hammer and shooting it at least 5 times with the pistol.

The "super zombie" is also one of my previous characters who got zombified earlier.
